Chip Introduction
The SS6226 is a direct-flow motor drive IC designed for low-voltage systems with dual channels of low on-resistance. It has four functions of motor forward/reverse/stop/brake.
SS6226 has a built-in temperature protection function, when the chip temperature rises sharply, the internal circuit turns off the built-in power switch and cuts off the load current.
