Chip Introduction
SS6216 is a DC motor driven integrated circuit designed for low voltage systems, with a single channel low conduction resistance. Equipped with four functions of motor forward/reverse/stop/brake.
The SS6216 has a built-in temperature protection function. When the chip temperature rises sharply, the internal circuit turns off the built-in power switch and cuts off the load current.
